I have worked with Mike for approximately 8 years on a variety of projects, both commercial and high end custom residential. Our most recent commercial project, Silver Star Village in Brock, Texas was master planned for 32,000 sf of retail space. To date, there is 16,000 sf of retail completed plus a free standing bank facility also constructed by S&B Construction. The master plan called for the installation of all infrastructures as part of the first phase of construction.

I have always found Mike to be conscientious, responsive and competent in all aspects of his work. I would recommend Mike and S&B Construction for commercial, institutional and residential work without hesitation.

Over the past few years, Weatherford National Bank has constructed several branches using several different contractors.  In March 2008, Silver Star Enterprises completed a branch in Brock, Texas for us.  This branch, by far, is the best quality of all the branches we have built and was completed on time with the least amount of issues of all our branches.  We have been completely satisfied before, during and after construction and would use them again on the next project.
